Elizabeth Grealy, CEO

Elizabeth has been working for major global corporations since 1987, with roles in consulting, business development, strategic planning, and program management. She led the IT Globalization Program for State Street Corporation, a major financial services institution, for many years. By successfully managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts, implementing technology infrastructure, and establishing new management and governance processes, Elizabeth built and managed a program that grew to approximately 2500 resources in India and China.

As the CEO of Grealy Global Enterprises, Elizabeth brings this experience and expertise to clients seeking to establish or further develop formal globalization programs.

Elizabeth has earned an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Simmons School of Management, Boston, MA, and a BS in Information Technology from the University of Southern New Hampshire, Manchester, NH. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of Globalization.

Elizabeth is an avid runner and cyclist. She has completed several marathons and triathalons and has cycled throughout Italy and Canada. She also enjoys gardening and knitting. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the New England Chapter of International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.

Susan Grealy, President

Susan has been managing and advising executive teams on back-office operations, identifying and implementing strategic structural and workflow improvements to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase profit margin since 1992. Her experience includes overseeing start-up operations, financial management; governance and compliance, information technology, business development and marketing; and human resources. In 2007, Susan founded a consulting company servicing small to mid-size companies in the construction and engineering industries where she advised owners and senior executives in strategy and operations.

As Co-Founder of Grealy Global Enterprises, Susan brings this experience and expertise to clients seeking to identify and implement operational efficiencies.

Susan has earned an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Simmons School of Management, Boston, MA, and a BS in Finance from Bentley University, Waltham, MA.

A Massachusetts native, Susan is a fitness enthusiast. She has completed two Boston Marathons and several triathlons; she also enjoys golf and yoga. She has served on the Simmons School of Management Association Board since 2008 and currently holds the position of Treasurer.
